Collaboration was key as the DEEP PPU team joined forces with the Horizon 2020 project GIESEEP MP team to organize a webinar on Electric Space Propulsion. Don’t miss out on the insightful videos from this event, showcasing the collaborative efforts of these two pioneering projects.
Preliminary Design Review – 1st milestone reached
In July, DEEP PPU partners presented the preliminary architecture in a thorough Preliminary Design Review held at Montmirail, France. Now, the consortium faces the exciting challenge of transitioning into the detailed design phase, propelling the project to new heights.
1st newsletter
Entering its second year of implementation, DEEP PPU proudly published its inaugural public newsletter in October. This marks a momentous occasion, highlighting the continuous progress and growing impact of the project.
ESPC2023 Participation
DEEP PPU consortium partners, including The Center for Industrial Electronics (a Research center of the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid) and Airbus Crisa, actively engaged in the European Space Power Conference (ESPC2023) held in Elche, Spain. The consortium made a significant contribution by submitting and presenting three impactful papers during this esteemed event.

In November, the DEPP PPU team, in conjunction with the Horizon Europe project CHEOPS VHP BB and Horizon 2020 project GIESEPP MP, hosted a collaborative webinar tailored for start-ups and SMEs in the space sector.
